While watching this weekend’s Double Pump Summer Tip-Off event in California, I was also impressed with 6-foot-7 rising senior forward Mykale Williams, a 6-foot-7 post player from Redlands East Valley. This weekend he played with IEBP and I immediately felt his presence in the game.  He had a college-ready body to compete now, and is a very strong kid with good balance who is also a strong finisher around the rim.  The kid tried to dunk the ball every time he went up, which I absolutely loved.  Him doing that showed me that he plays with aggression, which can be…

Fresno, California product, 6-foot-6 rising senior wing Dameane Dougles of Fresno Memorial High School caught my attention in this weekend’s Double Pump Summer Tip-Off. Dougles showed his presence every time he was on the court. Dameane has a lot potential to be a great college player over time.
