Arizona Compass Prep (AZCP) is a charter school located in Chandler, Arizona. The basketball program is on the rise at the school, but after only winning 1 game in 5 years at the school, school officials realized they needed to make a change. The state playoffs for boys basketball in the state will get underway around the state in a major way on Wednesday evening when the majority of playoff teams in each division will face off. On Friday evening, I had an opportunity to watch one of the more promising young prospects in the state of Arizona, as Pusch Ridge Christian Academy traveled to Chandler to take on top-ranked Valley Christian High School.
