Boulder Creek High School’s ultra-skilled 6-foot-4, 190-pound junior guard Josh Braun is among the elite prospects in Arizona’s 2013 class. Braun is coming off an excellent junior season in which he led his Boulder Creek team to a 20-7 overall record on the season. Cochise Junior College won the regular season ACCAC Conference title after a 16-4 record in the conference this season. A major reason for the program’s success this season was the play of 6-foot-3, 190-pound sophomore guard Nathan Sobey. Tucson Amphitheater High School’s 6-foot-6, 225-pound senior post Charles Benson is still on the recruiting board this spring, although he had one of the best high school basketball careers in the state of Arizona to date. Benson helped lead his Amphi varsity program to an 88-9 record over the past three seasons and three straight trips to the state championship – winning the state title in 2011.
