Hillcrest Prep Academy had a big night this Sunday evening, as they decided to retire the jersey (#0) of current #1 overall NBA draft pick, and current Phoenix Suns’ player DeAndre Ayton at Inspire Courts in Gilbert, Arizona. Ayton played two full seasons for Hillcrest Prep and was on hand to see his number retired, while Phoenix Suns’ announcer Tom Leander, the Suns’ cheerleaders and also the Suns’ Gorilla were all in attendance for the festivities.
