The exciting Nike EYBL Session II was held in the state of Arizona this weekend @ the Legacy Sports Complex in the East Valley for the first time in Arizona basketball history. In amazing fashion on Tuesday afternoon, Perry High School’s athletic 6-foot-3 unsigned senior guard Ben Egbo announced his commitment to the UC-Irvine basketball program – a huge opportunity for Egbo who waited for a very long time for this offer. It is now official as former Scottsdale Junior College Head Coach Mark Bunker, after winning two consecutive ACCAC Division-II Conference titles, has decided to accept the Head Coaching position at Western New Mexico University. While I have known this for some time, it has now been announced officially by the Western New Mexico basketball program.
