Scottsdale Community College is getting close to the start of the school year, and has a great group of Sophomores and Freshmen that you will want to get on early. SCC has been nationally ranked for two-straight years (top-10 in 2019/2020) and last year finished as the #1 seed in Region-I of the NJCAA Division-II. All (6) sophomores on their roster moved on to scholarship-level programs, including (3) NCAA Division-I programs, and this year's group is more talented than last season.
Here is a list of the up-coming recruitable (Qualifiers) prospects on the roster with basic information on them (No particular order), as provided by Head Coach Mark Bunker . . .
Jalen Williams 6-4 190 lbs GRS FR (Qualifier) 2.8 GPA Previous School: University of Nevada-Reno
Gifted athlete that can play almost every position on the floor. Explosive that can go off the deck and get downhill to the rim and paint easily. Good spot-up shooter and is very crafty in the mid-range. Fantastic on-ball defender that we got to see in action at practice this past Spring, and could lock down our 1st-team All-American. Dual-sport (Basketball/Football) NCAA Division 1 transfer that can cover 1-5 at the JUCO level because of strength, speed, and size. High character and very easy to coach.
Zach Hobbs 6-5 200 lbs GSO (Qualifier) 3.5 GPA Previous School: Montana State University
Pure shooter and scorer that has great size for the off-guard spot. Very good athlete that can play above the rim. Will be a feature guy for us on the offensive end and can score at all three levels. NCAA Division-I transfer that can cover 1-4 at the JUCO level because of strength, speed, and size. High academics and high character student-athlete.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I do not have access to our facilities as of yet, so film requests will be very limited at the moment for transfers and incoming Freshmen. Our season is set to begin in January, so hopefully we will be able to move forward from there.
Thanks,
Mark Bunker - Scottsdale Junior College Head Coach
