CJ Edwards is 5-foot-5 PG (2028 Class) who plays for the Vegas Elite AAU/club program for Made-Hoops. Edwards has grown and showed a lot improvement in his ability to compete against very competitive competition, and he has shown that can get it done and become a tough, fierce all-around player on the floor.

Edwards has played against the best talent in the country, and is a standout performer on the Made Hoops West Circuit. Edwards averaged 17 points, 3 assist, 3 steals and 4 rebounds per/game on the Made Hoops Circuit. His scoring made him very successful on this circuit, and he was definitely one of the best overall shooters on the circuit. He can shoot off the catch and off the dribble. Edwards has extreme quickness, which gives him an advantage to go to by his defender and finish at the rim. He has a high basketball IQ and has very good decision making on the floor. His arch for his shot looks sharp. He’s assertive on defending on the ball and off the ball. Edwards also has quick hands to defend the ball and can read the passing lanes very well.

Edwards made and appearance @ the EBC Junior All-American Camp in 2019, and was mentioned as an outstanding performer in the camp. He performed very well against the best competition in the country in that camp.

Edwards also led his middle school program, Sig Rogich Middle School, to the 2023 CCSD City Championship - the first time in school history that his school won the City Championship. Edwards also led his team to the Southwest Division-I Championship and South Regional Championship.

Edwards has overcome many challenges and adversity successfully throughout his life. His dedication and craft will make him a really good player to watch for during his up-and-coming high school career. He is in the gym everyday and puts in serious work.

Edwards could grow to 6-foot-2 in the future. His growth and development continues to be very exciting. for the next level. Lookout for CJ as he continue to improve and grow on another level.
