ACCAC D-II Player of the Week: Jacob Inclan - Sophomore Forward - South Mountain Community College
Jacob Inclan (pictured) had 37 points, while shooting 75% from the field and 75% from 3-point range, including 5 rebounds in a conference win for South Mountain to move them to 5-1 on the season.
