The 2018-2019 junior college basketball season is winding down as we are nearing the end to the season. Arizona Preps will be covering the season this year and will be bringing you coverage of the games, top performers and Players of the Week each week during the season.
Long-time highly successful head coach Jerry Carrillo and Cochise College have taken over first place in the division among Division-I programs in the ACCAC with an 8-2 conference record. Cochise currently stands along in first place by one game.
Scottsdale Junior College Head Coach Mark Bunker is doing an excellent job this season, and has his team in first place among Division-II programs in the conference this season, and tied with Cochise for first place overall in the conference with an 8-2 conference record.
