The Arizona Power club program continues to turn out division-I players each year - helping develop and promote their players to college programs across the country. Highland High School's 6-foot-8, 225-pound senior post Tim Fuller is coming off a strong showing this spring and summer, and also a strong junior season last year. As a result of Fuller's recent performances, he received numerous division-I scholarship offers.
Fuller generated scholarship offers from levels as high as the West Coast Conference, as Fuller received offers from such schools as Idaho, Portland State, San Francisco and Weber State. In the end, after taking numerous visits, Fuller decided to pull the trigger with a WCC program - the University of San Francisco. San Francisco assistant coach and former Arizona Power club organizer, Sundance Wicks, was instrumental in recruiting Fuller.
Fuller is coming off an excellent junior season for himself. The unheralded post player had a strong season - averaging 17 points, 9.4 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per/game. His team struggled to win ball games last season, but Fuller was a consistent force inside the painted area of the court.
Fuller would continue his terrific play this spring and summer - enough to gather numerous scholarship offers for himself.
An excellent accomplishment for an unheralded post prospect that had flown well below the attention of local scouts and media in the state, and a great job done by the Power organization of promoting Fuller to college programs.
Look for Fuller to have an excellent senior season in preparation for the collegiate ranks.
Arizona Hoop Review Scouting Report: Fuller is a big, wide-body post talent that rebounds strong on both ends of the floor and finishes strong at the basket. He has good toughness and a nice looking body for a post player. He uses his body nicely and has good overall toughness. He runs the floor very well for his size. He is also a good finisher inside and attacks the basket - getting fouled often in the process and not shying away from physical contact. Fuller is a good post prospect that actually is the opposite of the standard. While he should be a sleeper prospect, he actually has higher recruitment than what I am accustomed to seeing. An excellent fact for this young man.
