After we just reported that Gilbert Christian High School’s sharp-shooting 6-foot-7 senior guard/forward Sam Jones had narrowed his list of college suitors to two different college programs, Jones has made his college decision. On Sunday afternoon, Jones gave a verbal commitment to PENN head coach Jerome Allen and his basketball staff, after taking an official recruiting visit to the program this week.
