The 2025-2026 junior college basketball season is finishing up soon for the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC). With the season now winding down, here are the Basketball Players of the Week - selections from Week 14 in the ACCAC by the ACCAC. Arizona Western and Eastern Arizona are now the two hottest Division-I programs in the conference, but Arizona Western takes over the top spot after a big road win over Eastern Arizona this week. Arizona Western now has a one-game lead in the Division-I standings (9-1) and have won (5) games in a row.
Pima continues to soar on the season and remains undefeated at 26-0 - leading the Division-II Conference standings, and also currently ranked #4 nationally. Pima could move up to become the top D-II program in the country soon . . .
ACCAC D-I MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK - WEEK 14
Ryder Bush – Eastern Arizona College
Bush filled the stat sheet in two wins, averaging 16.5 points, four rebounds, and seven assists per game. He scored 10 points with 8 assists against Cochise, before erupting for 23 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists at CSN. Bush shot 54.2% from the field and contributed six steals and three blocks on the week.
ACCAC D-II MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYERS OF THE WEEK - WEEK 14
Mason Hunt – Pima Community College
Hunt led Pima to a 2-0 week while averaging 20.5 points and 6 rebounds per game on 55.6% shooting from the field. He opened with 17 points against Chandler-Gilbert, before scoring 24 in a win over Scottsdale. For the week, Hunt shot 37.5% from three and 88.9% from the free-throw line. This marks Hunt's third ACCAC D-II Men's Basketball Player of the Week honor this season.
