With the ACCAC junior college season now in full swing, and each college program looking to positiuon themselves in the conference standings, here are the most recent selections for the ACCAC for Players of the Week for the conference . . .
Terrance Warren – Eastern Arizona – The talented freshman guard prospect Terrance Warren scored 69 points in three Gila Monsters' wins last week. The freshman scored 21 points to start the week, helping Eastern to a 95-60 win over Phoenix. Warren then set a season-high with 32 points in a 73-62 win over Cochise, and then led the Gila Monsters to a weekend sweep of the Apaches with 16 points on Saturday. Warren went 10-for-17 from the three-point line in the three games.
Jaylen Alexander – Pima – Alexander (pictured) scored 23 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to record the double-double in an Aztecs win over Mesa CC on Saturday. Alexander went 10-for-11 from the field in the 109-88 win.
