Jevon Yapi is 6-foot PG (2025 Class) plays for Durango High School (Las Vegas, NV). He also plays for the Vegas Elite AAU/club program on the Nike EYBL Circuit. Yapi is also ranked as the 6th ranked prospect in Nevada's 2025 class.
Yapi is a dynamic player on the floor. He’s super shifty and assertive in his offensive abilities, has good touch on his shot and excellent experience playing with the top-rated competition. He is very crafty in his finishing ability, a floor general that is mentally tough and is a 3-level scorer with a nice pull up jumper, has very good speed and good vision in the half court and full court sets.
A 2-year varsity player as a sophomore for Durango High School, Yapi finished his historic sophomore season by helping Durango win the 5A State Championship. Yapi helped Durango get huge wins over Liberty and Bishop Gorman High School, and he put up 15 points against nationally ranked Bishop Gorman.
Jevon is set to have a strong spring and summer this up-coming EYBL season with Vegas Elite.
