Hillcrest Prep 6-foot-4 sophomore guard Dimitrios Stragalinos has been regarded among the elite 2021 prospects in the West. As a result of his early potential as a college prospect, the gifted young guard prospect has received two different division-I offers for himself early in the recruiting process.
As a result of his tremendous potential for the future, two different division-I programs have stepped up early in the young man's recruiting process and extended scholarship offers to him. The University of Wyoming was the first college program to provide an offer for Stragalinos. Recently, Bradley University would also offer him, giving him his second division-I offer as a sophomore guard.
With two different division-I offers on the table for himself now, time is on his side, as Stragalinos has two more full years of recruitment for himself still to garner much more recruiting attention, and, ultimately offers for himself.
Stragalinos is a high-energy guard prospect with an excellent motor and a strong ability to score the basketball. He is capable of playing both guard positions on the floor, but is at his best as a scorer. He has good size and length as a guard prospect, and a strong handle of the basketball, which makes him difficult for opposing defenders to defend. This young man has a bright future ahead of him.
Stragalinos will provide excellent depth on a talented Hillcrest Prep team this season, and gives the program a bonafide prospect for the future, among the other talented young prospects the program now has in place, such as nationally ranked 2022 prospect Dorell Thomas.
I will continue to keep a close eye on Stragalinos for the future, and bring you any recruiting updates as they continue to develop.
