Arizona basketball continues to produce elite-level talent, and perhaps no player in the state has been more impressive this prep season and club season than Bella Vista Prep's 6-foot junior point guard Miles Sadler. A true floor general, Sadler has solidified his status as one of the premier point guard prospects in America for the 2026 class, and is now gaining national recognition for his playmaking ability and leadership. Sadler was instrumental in leading one of the top prep programs in the country this year. His consistent play and ability to control the tempo of the game made a significant impact in Bella Vista Prep’s numerous big wins this season. With every performance, Sadler continues to show why he is widely regarded as the best point guard in the 2026 class, and his play this spring with the Arizona Unity confirms it.

While smaller in stature, Sadler’s game speaks volumes. He plays with a natural confidence and flair that is rare to see, especially in young point guards. His smooth and effortless approach, combined with his elite basketball IQ, allows him to read defenses, make the right pass, and create scoring opportunities for himself and others. He is a player who genuinely enjoys the game, often seen smiling on the floor while orchestrating his team’s offense.

This spring and summer, Sadler has been competing on the Nike EYBL circuit with the Arizona Unity 17U program - a nationally respected, Nike-sponsored powerhouse loaded with Division-I prospects. Sadler has more than held his own and has stood out as one of the top overall performers on the circuit.

As a result, his recruitment has exploded. Sadler has recently received Division-I offers from a long list of major programs, including Utah, Stanford, Tennessee, Syracuse, Mississippi State, Iowa, Cal, Arizona State, Cal State Northridge and Weber State. With more schools expressing interest daily, Sadler will soon have a big college decision ahead.

Wherever he chooses to go, Miles Sadler is the kind of player who will elevate a college program immediately. He makes everyone around him better, thrives in high-pressure moments, and brings a steady hand to the most important position on the floor. With his poise, vision, and competitive edge, Sadler is poised to become one of the top names in college basketball in the near future.

A native of Canada, Sadler came to the state of Arizona just two years ago to play for Canyon International Academy (CIA), and has flourished as a result. Sadler is now one of the hottest guards in the country.

Sadler showed off his superior ability to compete and the play the game last summer with a Top 30 Cream of the Crop performance in the Pangos All-American Camp held in Las Vegas, Nevada, at Bishop Gorman High School. In the event, Sadler was very impressive and proved that he was as good as any guard, as also as good as any player in the event. Sadler produced almost every time he had the basketball in his hands throughout the event, and set up himself and his teammates for baskets consistently and with an electric style rarely seen from a guard prospect.

Sadler first burst onto the recruiting scene last after he was selected among the top overall performers in the Pangos All-West Frosh / Soph Camp held in September (2023) in California.

I will continue to follow Sadler in his college recruitment, and bring you updates as they continue to develop. This young man has the ability to make an impact in college like that of former AZ Compass Prep guard Jeremiah Fears. Do not sleep.

Arizona Preps Scouting Report: I have marveled since I first saw Sadler take the floor, as he is very unassuming as a player. While he is smaller in stature and lacks any real size to his smaller frame, he simply dominates his competition still with a playing style that does not exude much effort. In other words, Sadler makes the game look easy when he is in his large bag of tricks. Sadler is a floor general, the best I have seen in the country. He makes plays consistently with the ball in his hands and gets a lot done. He really enjoys himself when he is on his game, as he has a smile on his face after he gets busy that proves that he was in a special zone all of his own. Sadler is an excellent scorer and shooter of the basketball also and with excellent range and a quick release on his shot. He is able to get it off consistently also and can really get it going in a hurry, as he did throughout the Pangos All-American Camp last summer (2024). Sadler is an excellent and immediate impact point guard prospect for any level.
