PHH Prep's talented and skilled 6-foot-6 senior wing JT Elder (Portland State commit) is a really nice talent that many college programs did not know much about. The athletic and gifted prospect has had a terrific fall performance, despite COVID restrictions, and recently gave a verbal commitment to Portland State University.
