PHH Prep's 6-foot-3 junior guard Andrew King recently decided to change high school programs - leaving defending 6A State Champion Desert Vista High School and moving to PHHoenix Prep, where he will begin his junior season. King has seen his recruitment take off as of late, and this week, King gave a big and early verbal commitment to Rice University and Head Coach Scott Pera.
