The 2014-2015 junior college basketball season in the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC) is coming to a close with the conference playoffs upon us. Here are this week’s Players of the Week in men’s basketball in the conference . . .
ACCAC D-I Player of the Week: Brandon Rosser, Central Arizona
Brandon Rosser led Central Arizona to two victories this past week. For the week, he shot 50% from the field on his way to averaging 25.5 points and 12.5 rebounds per contest. This is Rosser's second Player of the Week award.
ACCAC D-II Player of the Week: Brandon Brown, Phoenix College
Brandon Brown, once again, led Phoenix College to 2 wins this past week - averaging 34 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds per game. In doing so, he shot 55% from the field, including 45% from the 3-point line and 85% from the free-throw line. He has led the Bears to a 24-5 record on the season. Brown also has won this award numerous times this season.
