The season off to a great start in the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC), as teams are now positioning themselves for a strong start on the season, until league play begins.
Cochise, Chandler-Gilbert and South Mountain JC are each 4-0 to start the season, while Arizona Western fell to 4-1, after an overtime re-match loss (83-82) to Howard JC (TX). Arizona Western started off the season extremely hot, after big road wins over top-rated South Plains (TX) and Howard (TX) on the road.

ACCAC D-II Player of the Week: Isaiah Murphy SO G Pima Community College
Pima's Isaiah Murphy (pictured) averaged 24 points, 4 assists and 4.5 steals while shooting 72% from the field in his team's two wins to start the season.
