Gilbert, AZ – It has been a long time coming to the East Valley. Boasting 52,000 square feet, InspireAthletics, a state of the art multi-purpose facility, will open its doors on June 12, 2012 to an excited community of sports fanatics. With a concentration on basketball and Volleyball, the facility features seven regulation basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center and is equipped to accommodate the valley’s sports community in an inspiring environment. Another special highlight will be the comprehensive basketball training that will be offered by former Phoenix Suns players; Eddie Johnson and Frank Johnson, owners of 2 J Basketball Academy.

Eddie Johnson feels that a facility of this type and caliber is a long time coming. He says, “I am so excited about the endless possibilities that Inspire Athletics brings. Training youth in such an outstanding facility will undoubtedly elevate the basketball skills of our Arizona youth and that is our company’s goal.”

To learn more about their unique training opportunities, camps and clinics visit www.2JBasketball.com.

“Inspire Athletics” is owned by Mike and Greta Clark, a couple who feel that building this facility was truly necessary during this time and in this area. Mike says, “Not only are we filling a need for court space in the valley, but we intend to do so in a way that gives back to the community.  We want to provide a facility that caters to people from all age groups and walks of life in a way that is warm, friendly and inspirational - hence the name Inspire Courts.”

Many Arizona basketball experts agree with the Clarks and are anticipating that the facility is sure to make a true impact on the current sports scene as their first basketball tournament occurs just three days after they open.
