The 2nd Annual Summer Hop will be organized by GC3 Hoops and their staff on May 31st and June 1st at Mesa High School. Arizona Preps will be in attendance to cover this year’s event. Tournament organizers will be running Summer Rules with 20 minute running halves, (3) timeouts per game, free throws (1 for 2/ 1 for 3) and counting and-1’s. The exciting men’s NCAA Final Four is coming to Arizona next week, as there will be loads of events taking place around the valley for fans, spectators, coaches, scouts and media to attend with their families. There will be many scheduled events taking place April 5th through the 8th in downtown Phoenix, led by the Men’s Final Four Fan Fest presented by Capital One. The 16th Annual Area Codes Easter Classic will be held in Phoenix on March 29-30th (location undisclosed), and will feature numerous club teams in action from the 15U, 16U and 17U levels. This event is organized by Area Codes Basketball and Tournament Director Chad Groth. The exciting and amazing 25th Annual Arizona Preps Fall Showcase, Arizona’s original showcase basketball event, will be held for boy’s Arizona varsity high school teams. Each varsity program will be featured in two games on the day. The Fall Showcase will take place Saturday, October 21st, 2023, @ Skyline High School – located @ 845 South Crismon Road, Mesa, AZ 85208. This event will, once again, be attended by some of the top regional basketball scouting services, scouts and media in the West and will include as many as (36) varsity high school and prep teams for the boy’s event.
