Garden Grove, CA – The first NCAA Live Period of July,  6th-9th, featured a lot of talented prospects playing in front of coaches throughout Southern California. I was mainly at the Pangos Sweet 16 Tournament hosted by Dinos Trigonis at The Maps Sports Facility. There were approximately (96) teams that played in (6) divisions in a 16-team bracket play format for 4 of the divisions, and a showcase format for the remaining two divisions. The 2023 Pangos Premier 80 Showcase tipped-off the July Live Period on the West Coast last month on July 6th at McBride HS (Long Beach CA), showcasing a group of approximately 80 top prospects nationwide representing 19 different states and drawing a substantial number of college coaches.  Top scouts on-hand included Frank Burlison, Ronnie Flores, Devin Ugland and Paul Hernandez. This weekend in Las Vegas, Nevada, @ numerous high school gyms around the city, the Ultimate Club Championship will take place July 14-16. The Ultimate Club Championship in Las Vegas will feature (350) of the nation’s top teams in the 15U, 16U and 17U age groups.
