Arizona Hoop Review Scouting Report: Mason is a raw, athletic talent with loads of athleticism and potential for the future. Tucson, AZ – Pima Community College sophomores Matt O’Boyle (Sunrise Mountain HS) and Esteban Lopez (Cholla HS) signed their national letters of intent to four-year institutions on Tuesday at the West Campus. O’Boyle, a guard/forward, signed to play at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He played and started in 29 of the 31 games this season averaging 14.8 points and 4.2 rebounds per game. He was selected Third Team All-ACCAC and Second Team All-Region I, Division-II and was named ACCAC Division-II Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 9-15. Tucson, AZ – The Pima Community College men’s basketball program introduced seven of its nine players at the West Campus gymnasium on Saturday. Five signed their letters of intent and two are walking-on to play for the Aztecs starting in the 2015-16 season. Head Coach Brian Peabody welcomed the honored guests, their family, and friends.
