Brophy Prep’s high school basketball program has consistently performed at a high level and been one of the top programs in the state each season. Under the leadership of terrific Head Coach Matt Hooten, the program has sustained a winning culture, which led to a runner-up 6A State Championship finish last season. In exciting fashion on Monday morning, Hillcrest Prep’s terrific 6-foot-9 unsigned senior forward Jordan Burks announced his commitment to the University of Kentucky through social media. Burks had gone uncommitted to a college program for some time before his commitment announcement, but he was one of the nation’s elite available prospects.
