After a strong junior season for Millennium High School’s senior post player, the summer evaluation period has ended before it even began.  6-foot-9, 220-pound senior post Elston Jones led his Tigers to a strong 24-6 overall record last season and a late playoff push, before falling to eventual Division-I state champion Corona Del Sol HS (47-46) in the state quarter-finals. Arizona State 2014 commit, Corona Del Sol High School transfer Connor MacDougall is again showing the potential as a college prospect that forced the Sun Devils to utilize a scholarship for their 2014 class on the strong low-post talent.  MacDougall gave an early pledge to the Sun Devils in the fall of 2012, after he decided that he wanted to stay home and play for the developing PAC-12 program. After giving an early commitment to Arizona State, a lot changed for MacDougall as he left his high school program, Westwind Prep Academy.  The 6-foot-9, 235-pound rising senior left the school – leaving Westwind Prep for undisclosed reasons. …
