The Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC) Division-II postseason awards were recently announced, and they served as a clear reflection of what many across the conference already knew - Pima Community College was the dominant program in the league this season after a second undefeated season in a row. Pima finished the season 31-0 and has gone an amazing 66-1 over the past two seasons. After a historic year on the court that saw the Aztecs capture another ACCAC Division-II championship, Pima swept nearly every major postseason honor, highlighting the program’s outstanding season and the incredible talent on its roster.

Leading the way for Pima was freshman standout Isaiah Hill, who was named both the ACCAC Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year. Hill’s teammate, 6-foot-5 sophomore Isaac Johnson was also recognized for his outstanding season, earning the ACCAC Defensive Player of the Year award. Pima Head Coach Brian Peabody was named the ACCAC Coach of the Year, another well-deserved honor after leading the program to one of the most impressive seasons in recent conference history. Pima’s dominance was also evident in the All-Region First Team selections, where the program placed three players on the five-man team.

Hill and Johnson were both named to the prestigious squad, joined by skilled and talented 6-foot-7 sophomore forward Mason Hunt, who continued to prove himself as one of the top juco prospects in the country. Also earning All-Region First Team honors were Stephan Miller and Kenny White of Glendale Community College, two standout performers who helped lead Glendale to a strong season in Division-II play.
