The 2024-2025 junior college basketball season is in full swing, as we have entered conference play now in the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC). Eastern Arizona (5-0) has won (8) games in a row, and is undefeated in the conference - leading the ACCAC Division-I standings. Pima (4-0) is also undefeated in conference play and leads the ACCAC Division-II standings. Both programs are also currently rated among the top junior college programs in the country this season. Pima CC 5-foot-10 sophomore guard Cohenj Gonzales has now taken over the lead among top scorers in the ACCAC - averaging 21 points per/game.

ACCAC CO D-I MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK - WEEK 5
ACCAC CO-DI: Ben Henderson - Cochise – Henderson scored 16 points and grabbed five rebounds in Cochise's 71-57 win over Howard on Wednesday. Henderson went 6-for-12 from the field and dished out four assists.
ACCAC CO-DI: Jackson Tumbridge - Cochise – Tumbridge scored 18 points and poured in (5) three-pointers to help Cochise to a 71-57 win over Howard, while also contributing 5 assists in the victory.
ACCAC D-I MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK - WEEK 5
DII: Will Coates – Chandler-Gilbert – Coates (pictured) led Chandler-Gilbert CC to a 118-52 win over Park University JV - scoring 22 points in 18 minutes and shooting 8-for-10 from the field.
