East Valley Hoops aficionados Jay Gonzales and Derek Freeman are on the move in kick-starting a new platform for the Arizona Basketball Community. The League is the premiere men’s league in the state of Arizona, which competes on Tuesdays and Thursday nights at Learning Foundation & Performing Arts in Gilbert, AZ.
The League offers media coverage and live streaming, which no other men’s league offers in the state. This is a solid platform as The League’s network spans worldwide, where industry professionals often tune in to check out the action. The League also powers the state’s newest youth club program called The Pack.
The Pack is open to boys and girls grades 3rd-8th. The goal of the Pack is to prepare student-athletes for the next level by pushing a competitive environment, individual and team development. The timing of this platform is perfect for the community of the deep Southeast Valley, since there has been a surge in growth. I am confident Gonzales and Freeman will continue to grow their program and positively impact the basketball community for years to come.
