The showcase had over 100 players in attendance from all over the state. Each player played in two games plus an optional dunk contest, which was won by Dawson Stevenson of Sedona Red Rock.
Here were the top 25 players at the event based on their performance.
2015
6-foot-2 CG Sammy Barnes-Thompkins attends Sunnyslope. Thompkins has the whole offensive package of deep shooting, driving to the basket and pulling-up to score. He is an underrated athlete and playmaker.

6-foot-7 PF Nick Allen attends Willow Canyon. Allen is a face-up shooter with a tough attitude. He is a good athlete and competes on defense.
6-foot-3 SG Kaveon Moore attends Independence. Moore has amazing bounce and a good ability to make outside shots. He needs to improve his handle and raise the arc to his shot. He is a good rebounder and defender.
6-foot-5 SF Connor Nichols attends Arcadia. Nichols is a multi-talented offensive player. He can handle, shoot it with range and finds his teammates with the pass.
6-foot-6 PF Trevin Crider attends Mountain View. Crider is the classic stretch-four with some handle and bounce. He's a strong rebounder in his area and has a high court IQ. He will take a two-year mission after HS.
6-foot-4 F Avonte Nelms attends Arcadia. Nelms was arguably the most consistent shooter on the day. He has strength, plays hard and fights for rebounds.
2016
6-foot-6 SF Chris Bowling attends Gilbert. Bowling is an elite scorer and shooter. He has great form and a high release. He needs to add weight and start using his left hand more.
6-foot-3 W JJ Rhymes attends Shadow Mountain. Rhymes attacks the basket better than most. He scores through contact and defends at a very high level. His shooting range is slowly improving and he is a great competitor.
6-foot-10 PF Devin Kirby attends Basha. Kirby is a very fluid stretch-four. He runs the court well and he can shoot easily from the arc. He challenges shots at the rim and he can rebound in his area.
6-foot-10 C Malik Ondigo attends Dysart. Ondigo has improved greatly in just six months. He isn't super fluid with his movements yet, but is running the floor better and has a improved overall feel. He has developed a very consistent hook shot and can block/rebound shots in his area.
6-foot-4 PG Randy Bronner attends Pinnacle. Bronner is a defensive point guard with a huge IQ. He has deceptive movements and long strides to get by his defender. He uses hesitation moves and changes speeds to keep the defense off balance. He scores through contact and can hit shots from the perimeter. He does need to fix his release point on his shot.

6-foot-8 PF Seth Mason attends Pinnacle. Mason is arguably the most athletic big in the state. He runs the floor well and is a tremendous finisher high above the rim. He still has to make overall strides with his skill development, but he is a very intriguing prospect.
6-foot-7 F Brandon Whittaker attends Campo Verde. Whittaker is a long stretch-four type. He is improving on taking the ball to the basket and is very active on defense with his solid athletic ability.
6-foot-1 PG Terry Gates attends Copper Canyon. Gates is an elite defender on the ball and is very athletic for his position. He can make shots from the perimeter and is turning into one of the better point guards in his class.
5-foot-11 PG Amiri Chukwuemeka attends McClintock. Chukwuemaka is probably the quickest guard in his class. He can get to most spots on the floor and sees the court really well to make teammates better. He is very flashy and sometimes needs to tone it down. He is comfortable from three point range and can make floaters in the lane.
6-foot-1 PG Bryce Fisher attends Shadow Mountain. Fisher is a shifty fast point guard. He puts pressure on the defense with his speed and can get by his defender and score. His outside shooting is making strides, but he still can improve.
6-foot-7 PF AJ Elliot attends Pinnacle. Elliot is a blue-collar type of power forward. He knows who he is and accepted his role. He scores inside with his left hand and used the glass often with perfect angles. He is a high-level rebounder in his area.
6-foot-2 SG Nick Johnson attends Boulder Creek. Johnson has one of the purest strokes in his class. He is very consistent with his approach and plays within himself. His one-dribble pull-up is very good.
2017
6-foot-5 W Caleb Simmons attends Desert Vista. Simmons was the best player in his class at the event. He does many things well and is an elite defender who can guard almost every position on the floor. He has a great build/body and long arms with terrific lateral quickness. He takes long strides and can get into the lane and score through contact. His jumper has improved out to the arc and he competes on every play.
6-foot-5 SF Jared Rodriguez attends Mountain Ridge. Rodriguez had himself another good day. He has become one of the most consistent scorers/shooters in his class. He rebounds well and shows effort on defense.
6-foot-3 SG Noah Bauman attends Desert Vista. Bauman is a long guard with a great feel and shooting touch. He uses hesitations to his advantage and is very crafty. He plays with a high court IQ and sees the court well.
5-foot-10 PG Treyvon McCray attends Copper Canyon. McCray is a quick scoring point guard. His handle seems to be getting tighter, but he does need to work on raising his shooting release point.
6-foot-1 CG Jake Lieppert attends Saguaro. Lieppert is looking quicker and more explosive. He can handle the point guard spot and he shoots with range. He does still need to work on defense, but he is making the proper strides.
6-foot-5 C George Faull attends Flagstaff. Faull is a throw back type of post player. He is very physical and has back to the basket moves. He can handle it some and is starting to develop a face-up game.
2019
5-foot-8 PG Trent Brown will attend Pinnacle next year. Brown has a high IQ, elite court vision, good fundamentals, a nice pull-up and confidence to some day be a complete point guard.
Quick hitters
Head coach Eric Fundalewicz of Embry-Riddle was there all day scouting local Arizona players. He is starting a brand new NAIA program in Prescott for next year. He was very interested in many of the players in attendance.
