The Post-Grad Sports Academy (PGSA) was built to help student-athletes continue pursuing their goals in a recruiting environment that has changed dramatically over the past several years. PGSA's national network of experienced coaches includes former NBA players, collegiate coaches, player development professionals, and basketball leaders committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court.

Families choose PGSA because they want more than another season of basketball. They want a structured environment focused on development, accountability, competition, recruiting support, and preparation for the next level. Through a focused (9) month pathway, athletes have the opportunity to continue developing while pursuing college opportunities, guided by experienced mentors and coaches.

Navigating today's recruiting landscape can be challenging for athletes and families alike. PGSA provides recruiting education, guidance, and support designed to help student-athletes better understand the process.

Support may include:

  • Recruiting education and strategy
  • Exposure through competition and coach relationships
  • Guidance from experienced coaches and mentors
  • Assistance developing a recruiting plan
  • Identifying college programs that may be a good fit

PGSA's objective is simple: help athletes create a realistic path forward and maximize their opportunities at the next level. Success at the next level requires more than athletic ability. The transition from high school to college is one of the most important periods in a young athlete's life. PGSA emphasizes personal growth alongside basketball development.

Athletes are encouraged to develop habits and skills that support long-term success, including:

  • Accountability
  • Leadership
  • Communication
  • Discipline
  • Time Management
  • Personal Responsibility

PGSA's goal is to help student-athletes become more prepared, confident, and mature as they pursue the next chapter of their academic and athletic journey.
