The Arizona Preps Basketball/Recruiting Academy (Featuring Arizona Preps Basketball Scout Anthony Ray) will start up again around the valley @ local high schools, beginning on Saturday, November 7th, 2020 from 10AM to 12PM @ 8201 East Loos Drive, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 @ The Boys and Girls Club.
The Basketball Academy will be provided for individual prospects (Boys & Girls), and will be limited to 50 Prospects per/session for boys and girls (Ages 13 to 18). The cost for each participant will be $50 per session per participant. We also INVITE Parents to attend the sessions as well. Cost for Parents of participants is FREE.
Each Academy will have a featured guest speaker that will include a current or former college coach or professional player. Each guest speaker will be announced for the specified Academy, and will be a speaker that will add tremendous and valuable insight into the college recruiting process.
Arizona Preps is excited to announce that our featured guest speaker for our November 7th Academy in Prescott Valley will be former Boise State Head Coach Greg Graham. Graham has been a college coach for more than 40+ years, and has an overall head coaching record of 170-117. He was also a long-time Division-I assistant coach at the University of Oregon with Ernie Kent and also at Bradley University and Washington State. Graham recruited and coached such past NBA players as Fred Jones (Indiana Pacers), Luke Ridenour (Seattle Supersonics) and Luke Jackson (Cleveland Cavaliers).
Graham will speak to the participants and parents from our next Academy in Prescott Valley about the recruiting process and what he looks for in college prospects. This is a valuable opportunity for Arizona prospects. Graham joins the Arizona Preps' staff and will speak at numerous Academy's monthly around the state.
