Dream City Christian Prep has established itself as one of the premier prep programs in the country, and now, as a full member of the elite Nike EYBL Scholastic League, they’re elevating their status even further. With a national platform and an elite schedule, terrific Head Coach Kyle Weaver and his committed basketball staff have developed Dream City Christian into one of the premier prep programs in the country consistently. The program is once again loaded with high-level talent and poised for another big season. Dream City has reloaded in a major way with superb young talent for this season.

Leading the wave of new additions is Martray Bagley (pictured courtesy of AZ Central.com), a 6-foot-6 sophomore phenom and the younger brother of current NBA player Marvin Bagley. Martray transfers from Valley Prep, a program previously organized by his father, and brings elite pedigree, athleticism, and a national reputation as one of the top young prospects in the country. His move to Dream City marks a major step in his development and national exposure. Bagley is one of the elite prospects in America's 2028 Class.

Joining Bagley is Malachi Jordan, a 6-foot-6, 215-pound five-star prospect from the 2027 class who is transferring in from Christian Community High School in White House, Tennessee. Jordan is already one of the most coveted recruits in the nation with high-major Division-I offers from Tennessee, Texas Tech, Ohio State, Missouri, Memphis, Indiana and Arizona State, just to name a few. He’s expected to make an immediate impact this season and adds a lot to an already loaded lineup at Dream City.

The roster additions don’t stop there, as Keaundre Morris, a 6-foot-1, 165-pound junior guard out of Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, WA, is also headed to Dream City. Morris, a dynamic guard from the class of 2027, is considered one of the top prospects in the West, and has already picked up offers from the University of Washington and Weber State. His quickness, toughness, and leadership will be a major asset in the backcourt.

Another exciting addition is Mateen Cleaves Jr., a 6-foot-4 sophomore guard from the class of 2028 and the son of Michigan State legend Mateen Cleaves. Cleaves Jr. is already one of the top 2028 prospects in the nation and gives Dream City a huge building block for the future.

With all of these elite additions, Dream City Christian Prep is not just maintaining their national presence, but they are building a superb team that will be a force on the EYBL Scholastic circuit this season and beyond. Head Coach Kyle Weaver continues to do a tremendous job retooling the program and keeping Dream City at the forefront of national high school basketball.

The future looks bright in Glendale, and this year’s version of Dream City Christian Prep may be one of the most talented teams the program has ever assembled.
