The heavily Nike-sponsored Arizona Unity club program has become a national powerhouse, and is making major waves during this summer's July NCAA Evaluation Period. While Arizona basketball has risen to another level recently, at all levels, the AZ Unity club program is also a major reason for the national respect given to Arizona basketball, as the program continues to reach new heights and has dominated the spring and now summer club circuit. And not just any circuit, but the amazing Nike EYBL circuit, which is loaded with many of the nation's top club programs and filled with college coaches looking to land top-rated prospects.
Currently competing in the prestigious Nike Peach Jam tournament in Augusta, Georgia, the Arizona Unity has not one, but two teams that have qualified, showcasing the depth and talent of the program.
The 17-and-under roster is absolutely stacked, featuring top-rated 2026 prospect Brandon McCoy, who is currently rated as the nation's premier point guard prospect, and is a future NBA Lottery pick. The team also features versatile 6-foot-7 senior guard Cameron Holmes from Millennium High School, the dynamic guard Miles Sadler from Bella Vista Prep, the dominant 6-foot-10 junior Paul Osaruyi, talented 6-foot-11 junior Darius Wabbington, and many more elite prospects, including Rokeim Green, Jordan Charles and Noah George. This team has a real shot at winning it all, and their performance so far has been nothing short of impressive.
Not to be outdone, the 15-and-under team has also qualified for the Peach Jam after an undefeated run in their latest session. This younger squad is led by standout players like superstar sophomore point guard Kyi Kyi Miles from Mesa High School, Lleyton Leonard from Basha, Maurice Carter from Willow Canyon and Isaiah Rider from Higley High School, showing that the future of the program is just as bright.
The level of recruitment attention that Arizona Unity players are receiving is at an all-time high, with many athletes getting new offers on a daily basis. Numerous prospects throughout the program, at every level, are receiving high-major Division-I offers consistently, and have been all spring and summer, as the program's coaches work very hard to build each prospect's recruitment. This is a testament not only to the players’ talent and hard work, but also to the incredible exposure and development provided by the program. What is most impressive, is that the program could have as many as (6) different McDonald All-Americans in their program currently, between the 2026 and 2029 classes. Amazing!
Arizona Unity has truly elevated the perception of Arizona basketball on the national stage, and their journey at the Peach Jam is one that fans won’t want to miss. Stay tuned as we continue to follow both the 15-and-under and 17-and-under teams as they aim for a National Championship!
