Arizona Western's 6-foot-6 freshman forward Jalen Townsell and 6-foot-5 sophomore Xavier Fuller, of Scottsdale, have been selected as the ACCAC Players of the Week for Division-I and Division-II respectively.
Townsell averaged 18 points two Arizona Western JC wins over Central Arizona and Tohono O'odham. The freshman from Reno, Nevada, also contributed 6 rebounds per contest, and converted 6-for-13 three-pointers.
Fuller had a huge week with a 29.5 point per/game scoring average in two games, which included a 37-point outburst against Cochise. He also added 12.5 rebounds per game.
