The amazing 18th Annual Arizona Preps Fall Showcase, Arizona’s original showcase basketball event, will be held October 29th - 30th, 2016 at American Indian Indian College (SAGU University). The event will be held on Saturday, October 29th and Sunday October 30th for high school and junior high boys (7th & 8th grade).
This is the most exciting exposure event of the year. This event will, once again, be attended by some of the top national and regional basketball scouting services in the country, and will be open to all high school and junior high aged boys players in the state.
Please arrive at American Indian Indian College (SAGU University) on Saturday, October 24th @ 9AM to receive your tournament playing jersey for the event. SAGU is located at 10020 N 15th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85021 (15th Avenue & Hatcher). There will also be a scheduled drill and workout for all participants on Saturday, immediately following opening announcements - conducted by Tom Kuyper.
The complete game schedule and complete rosters for this year’s event will be posted on the Arizonapreps.com website on Friday, October 28th.
This year’s event will begin promptly at 10:00AM with opening tournament announcements, and will feature several important guest speakers who will speak about the recruiting process and other important topics.
Phoenix Sun's announcer and former player Eddie Johnson will speak to the participants immediately following the workout @ 2:30PM on Saturday, which will conclude the day's events. Parents are asked to attend @ 2:30PM.
Games will begin on Sunday morning promptly at 9:00AM, and each participant will play in two games on Sunday.
Admission will be FREE for participants and parents on Saturday. Cost will be $10 for spectators on Sunday.
This years’ 18th Annual Arizona Preps Fall Showcase will bring recruitment opportunities to all those involved, and help to make each participant’s experience as exciting as possible!
